ABOUT AMY HUANG, MSW, LSW
Life is unpredictable, often we find ourselves in situations that are emotionally, mentally, and physically overwhelming. Taking the step to come to counseling is a courageous one, it shows strength, and is a proactive step towards positive change in one’s life. Through counseling the client is offered a safe environment to discuss life stressors. My primary goals during therapy are to help individuals and families to cultivate healthy relationships, develop effective communication skills and establish an overall sense of well-being. To achieve these goals I focus on each individual’s strengths as a platform for making positive changes.
