Hellen G. McDonald, LCSW
How I can help:
As tough as life can get at times, I believe we all are capable of "pulling through" and doing our best. I work especially well with individuals with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and especially families adapting to the challenges of child-bearing years. My other favorite group I enjoy working with are High School and College-age students as they transition into the exciting and challenging phase of young adulthood.
